The Girl of the Valley Part TenOnce-ler looked outside his window. This isn't right. I need to stop this. Look at all of them. I can't let this continue. And...And I told Anna I'd stop. I broke on promise already, and look at what's happening. I don't want another bad thing to happen again, Once-ler thought. I like all that I have. But this isn't right. There's still some trees up. I have a chance! Once-ler walked away from the window and began to run down to the factory center.
"Once-ler?" Anna asked when she saw him run past her. He stopped and went back to her.
"Anna, come with me, please!" Once-ler exclaimed.
"W-What's wrong?" Anna asked.
"Just come with me!" Once-ler said, taking Anna's hand both began running down to the center of the factory. Anna had no idea what was going on, but she knew it was important.
"If I can get there before time runs out," Once-ler began explaining as him and Anna were running, "Then I can fix all of this. I've hurt everybody, even myself, and most importantly, you.
The Proposal (For Ayoung2345)"I love this song!" Arianna Kilter exclaimed to her boyfriend, Once-ler when 'Perfect for Me' came on. They two of them were at a large ballroom party. Once-ler held a hand out to Arianna and bowed gently. He didn't need any words to tell her what he wanted. Arianna smiled and placed her hand in his hand that was covered in a long green glove. They walked to the center and slow danced together. Arianna rested her head against Once-ler's chest. Once-ler gently kissed her forehead. She smiled softly.
"Ari?" Once-ler asked softly.
"Yes, Oncie?" Arianna asked.
"I love you. I can't say that or show it enough. Just know, that I love you, deeply and truly," Once-ler said. Arianna smiled.
"I know you do, Once-ler. I love you too. We wouldn't have stayed together for a year if neither of us did," Arianna said. Once-ler smiled back. No more was said. They were silent as they danced. The song then ended. Arianna went over to the drinks table and poured herself a cup of red wine. Once-l
Once-ler and Greed-ler Go to Disneyland! Part Ten"Wakey Wakey!" Once-ler exclaimed the next morning, shining a flash light on Greed-ler. Once-ler was, once again, fully dressed.
"At least you didn't use the air horn this time," Greed-ler said poking Once-ler in the arm.
"Well, I saw it didn't go over with you well yesterday, so I decided to do something more quite that would still wake you up. I also didn't do stuff in the middle of the night for you. See? I care about my friend! Or my 'twin'," Once-ler said, putting an arm around Greed-ler. Friend? Greed-ler thought. I guess so.
"I'm going to take a quick shower. Wait for me or eat some Pop Tarts or whatever you do when I'm getting ready," Greed-ler said shutting the bathroom door. Once-ler pulled out the box of Pop Tarts and helped himself to a package of the S'more flavored morning pastry. When he finished it, he picked up his guitar, kicked up his feet on to the desk, sat in the chair, and began playing it.
"Na, na, nana, Goin' of to Disneyland! I ate a Pop Tart
We'll Walk Out Together (For ThinkerGirl96)Alexandra 'Lexi' Gratis and Once-ler carried their cap and gowns to the changing rooms. In a short while, they were going to attend their high school graduation, out on the football field.
"Come on, Will! Keep up!" Lexi called over her shoulders to Once-ler. Her brown curls flew around as she ran.
"I'm coming, I'm coming!" Once-ler exclaimed, catching up to his friend.
"Hurry up, we're running behind everyone else!" Lexi exclaimed when she got to the changing rooms, which were just the bathrooms.
"Lexi, you do realize that I can't go in the changing room with you, right?" Once-ler asked her.
"Everyone's changed by now, Will. It'll be fine," Lexi said, pushing her friend into the Girls' Bathroom. "And you at least have your gown on, so it'll be fine."
"If I'm already ready, why did you want me in here?" Once-ler asked, as he placed his cap on.
"I at least wanted to talk to you before everyone crowd everybody and we got lost in the moment," Lexi answered, walking into a stall.
Once-ler and Greed-ler Go to Disneyland! Part Nine"Now I got that stupid song stuck in my head!" Greed-ler exclaimed, as him and Once-ler walked out of It's a Small World.
"Come on, you thought it was cute," Once-ler replied.
"I did, but that doesn't change the fact that the song is stuck in my head now," Greed-ler said. "Anyway, what's left on the list?"
"Only one thing other than the fireworks and Fantasmic. Roger Rabbits Cartoon Spin in Toontown," Once-ler said looking over the map.
"You just love kid rides huh?" Greed-ler asked as they began walking towards Toontown.
"Oh, no, Greed-ler! Don't play the blame game on me! You know that a part of you enjoys them too," Once-ler teased with a smile.
"Yeah. And it's the same part that likes how we got all the princess signatures," Greed-ler said, looking at Once-ler's autograph book. "I get it from you," Greed-ler said, taking off Once-ler's hat and ruffling his hair.
"Point is, you like it, and that's all that matters to me," Once-ler said, placing his hat back on.
The Girl of the Valley Part Nine"I'm so happy you said yes. I still can't get over it," Once-ler said while him and Anna were hand in hand on a walk in through the forest. "Everything in my life has changed since I've come here and met you."
"I'm happy too. Everything's different now. Not in a good way. A great way," Anna replied. Once-ler smiled. It had been two weeks since Anna and Once-ler had told each other that they loved one another and had gone in a relationship with each other.
"Gee, it's getting late. Maybe we should start heading back. We only have the little light of the sun left to see," Once-ler said, looking at the setting sun.
"But it's kind of nice, don't you think? The way pretty much everything looks in the light? It just feels...Right. And it's so peaceful with us far away from everything, with just the sound of the water, some of the animals, and us. It feels perfect. Especially because I'm with you," Anna said with a smile, looking up at Once-ler. He smiled back. He then looked back up at the su
Once-ler and Greed-ler Go to Disneyland Part EightThe steps under Once-ler and Greed-ler's feet creaked. Greed-ler held the flash light in front of him, and kept a straight face as he walked. He tried to remain calm, but his heart picked up speed. But he had to remain calm. Or else Once-ler wouldn't remain calm either. Finally, the stair case stopped. Greed-ler shined the flash light around, trying to find a way out. But all that was there, was just broken, old, dusty, and cobwebbed, furniture.
"See anything?" Once-ler asked, following Greed-ler closely behind. Greed-ler shook his head.
"Nothing. This staircase leads to...Nowhere?" Greed-ler wondered. He looked down. Up. Around. Still nothing.
"There can't be nothing!" Once-ler exclaimed. "Maybe we should go back up," Once-ler said, turning around to look at the staircase. He then stepped back in surprise. Greed-ler kept looking. "G-Greed-ler...! The staircase...It's...It's..." Once-ler stuttered. He reached for Greed-ler's arm, but kept staring.
"What? What's wrong?" Greed-ler asked,
Once-ler and Greed-ler Go to Disneyland Part Seven"Well, the line was long, but this time I wasn't bugged by it," Greed-ler said when him and Once-ler got to the front of the door for Haunted Mansion.
"That's good. You seemed better after you went to the benches. Guess you needed some quite time and time to relax," Once-ler replied.
"But it wasn't quite. I was talking to someone for more than half of the time I was there," Greed-ler said. Once-ler was about to say something, when the doors opened. He let out a soft and small whimper. Greed-ler placed his hands on Once-ler's shoulders and began pushing him in. "It's not going to be bad. It's all fake anyway," Greed-ler said when him and other people walked inside of the normal sized room that had paintings against the walls.
"You don't know that! It's Disney, anything can happen!" Once-ler exclaimed. Greed-ler rolled his eyes.
"Look, it if makes it less scary, I'll tell you how they make this work, okay? All it is, is just a-" Greed-ler began. Once-ler covered his ears and shut his eye
Vanguard, Chapter 1: DuncanDuncan's Journal: Day 1288
I consider myself a good man. I respect women, elders, my equals, and the dead. I say a morning prayer, and an evening one. Hell, I even thank the gods for a meal, instead of immediately chowing down in the voracious manner as the other soldiers here do. By all logical means, I should be in paradise. No really, not just because I'm a good man, but also because I should be dead by now. So I ask myself: why, oh gods up there, have I ended up in hell?
1288 days. 1288 days of my life have been spent in this misery, and I'm beginning to lose faith in the glory I was promised. Some of the rookies still live in their ignorant bliss, but I've lived long enough to realize that there's not much glory to find here. “Sing the songs of glory and march into battle—-join The Crusade today!”. Such were the words of the posters The Crusade has spread all over The Mortal Realm. Gullible fools practically stand in line for these songs of glory that th
